1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via email or phone.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
📌 Unboxing video is mandatory for all return or refund requests.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, worn, or altered jewellery
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
4. Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be considered.
5. Return Pickup & Inspection
- Return pickup will be arranged only after approval from our support team.
- All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Products will be inspected after return before approval of refund.
6. Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days after approval.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of customer details.
8. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
- Customers may be required to pay the price difference, if applicable.
9. Cancellation by J Jewellery
J Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
